How to Use MyHealthBenefits
Welcome to MHB!
We are pleased to offer our employees the latest in benefits administration technology. You will be able to enroll yourself and your dependents, see what your coverage costs, as well as view the plan's benefits. You can add or change your emergency contacts in MHB and view your personal information, address and phone numbers. We hope you enjoy your MHB experience and find having information at your fingertips very beneficial.
Here you will find instructions on how to navigate and view your benefits in MHB.
The MHB online enrollment system allows you to do much more than enroll in benefits. You can add or delete dependents, add or change your beneficiary designations and access a comprehensive resource library containing a variety of information about your benefits. MHB is available year-round to check your benefits information or record a qualifying change in event status. This reference guide will help you log into MHB and guide you through the enrollment verification
process. Let’s get started!

Logging In:
- In your web browser, enter https://www.myhealthbenefits.com/
- Enter the following information and click "LOGIN"
- Your User Name - FHI followed by your date of birth (MMDDYY) followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number - EXAMPLE FHI0126701234

If you've never logged in before you will use the temporary password- Benefit last four digits of your Social Security number and the four digit year of birth - EXAMPLE Benefit12341970.
- If you've logged in before it will be the password you set at your first log in.
- Review the MHB User Agreement and click Accept
When prompted, create a New Password—your initial password was only temporary. In addition, MHB will periodically prompt you to change your password for security reasons. Your password must be a minimum of eight characters (numbers, letters or a combination of both). Re-enter your new password to confirm.
Click Save to save your new password.
